The Finis Freestyle Snorkel is designed specifically for Freestyle swimmers is the latest evolution to the original Swimmer's Snorkel and is the first snorkel designed specifically for freestyle swimmers. The advanced shape of the snorkel fits closer to the face and does not rotate at the mouthpiece for a more streamlined fit with less resistance and increased stability. The new design allows the swimmer to achieve a lower head position during freestyle and therefore further optimize body position. You'll feel it immediately and with the adverse effects of turbulence - even at top training speeds.

***Promotes a natural, rhythmic breathing pattern due to easy achievement of proper body position.
***New design uses centrifugal force generated during flip turns to greatly restrict water from entering the tube.
***Elimination of purge valve results in an increased lung capacity to clear water from tube

About the Cardio Cap.
The Cardio cap is a form of resistance training. It works on your respiratory system, much the same way as if you were using weights to increase the strength of your arm muscles. It comes in one resistance, in the form of a plastic end cap which slots onto the top of either of your finis snorkels, it gives an increased workout for your lungs.

This may prove useful for those with asthma, by gradually relieving the symptoms - but please speak to your medical adviser to see if the product is suitable for you.
